WW PMC pravila tekmovanja

in ostalimi postajami sveta.

2. Datum in čas

Trajanje tekmovanja 24 ur, med 12:00UTC sobota do 12:00UTC nedelja, vsak prvi polni vikend v januarju.

3. BANDI IN NAČINI DELA

1.8, 3.5, 7, 14, 21 IN 28 MHz, CW in SSB. Upoštevan naj bo IARU band plan, priporočene frekvence so naslednje: : 1810-1838kHz in 1850-2000kHz, 3510-3560kHz in 3650-3750kHz, 7010-7030 in 7060-7160kHz, 14010-14060 in 14160-14260kHz, 21020-21060 in 21160-21260kHz, 28020-28060 in 28360-28460kHz.

4. KATEGORIJE

Uporaba CW dekoderjev, DX clustrov, DX spotting spletnih strani (npr Summit DX) ,  CW Skimmerjev ali Reverse Beacon Network  je dovoljena za    vse kategorije.
V tekmovanju imamo skupno sledečih 24 kategorij:

4.1 Kategorije Single operater  (vsi Bandi)

    (a) PMC Single Operator velika moč (max.1500W out) - CW, SSB or MIX

    (b) PMC Single Operator mala moč  (max.100W out) - CW, SSB or MIX

    (c) PMC Single Operator QRP (max.5W out)  - CW, SSB or MIX

(a1) NONPMC Single Operator velika moč (max.1500W out)  - CW, SSB or MIX

(b1) NONPMC Single Operator mala moč (max.100W out)  - CW, SSB or MIX

(c1) NONPMC Single Operator QRP (max. 5W out)  - CW, SSB or MIX

4.2 Kategoriji Multi-Operator (vsi Bandi, samo velika moč, max. 1500W out)

    a) PMC Multi-Operator - CW, SSB or MIX

a1) NONPMC Multi-Operator - CW, SSB or MIX

5. IZMENJAVA

5.1 Seznam mest glasnikov miru:

WW PMC contest rules

1. GENERAL

Everyone works everyone , but the main idea of the contest is to promote contacts between stations – operators:

WHICH ARE RESIDENTS OR WIDE SUBURB RESIDENTS of the Peace Messenger Cities   (PMC) or

MEMBERS of radio clubs or contest clubs or DX associations , which are LOCATED in Peace messenger cities

and the rest of the world.

So, if your QTH is not in the Peace messenger city but you are member of some club/association,  which is located in some PMC, you can be the multiplier.

For example: all members of SLOVENIA CONTEST CLUB, which is  located  in Ljubljana, can give multiplier LJA in  the contest, regardless of their home QTH.

If you are not a resident of some PMC, or member of some radio/contest club or DX association located in PMC , you can also operate as portable station from some PMC (for example, you can work /p  from Berlin and give a multiplier BER).

2. DATE AND TIME

24 hours of operating time from 1200UTC Saturday to 1200 UTC Sunday, every first full weekend of January.

3. BANDS AND MODES

1.8 , 3.5, 7, 14, 21 and 28MHz, CW and SSB. IARU band plans should be observed. Suggested frequencies are:  1810-1836kHz and 1850-2000kHz, 3510-3560kHz and 3650-3750kHz, 7010-7030 and 7060-7160kHz, 14010-14060 and 14160-14260kHz, 21020-21060 and 21160-21260kHz, 28020-28060 and 28360-28460kHz.

6.2 Multipliers

The multiplier is the total of different PMC references contacted on each band on CW, plus the total of different PMC references contacted on each band on SSB. Each PMC reference counts only once for each band and each mode worked.

6.3 Total score:

The score is the total of QSO points on all bands added together, multiplied by the total of multipliers.

7. GENERAL RULES FOR ALL ENTRANTS:

  1. Entrants must operate within the limits of their chosen category when performing any activity that could impact their submitted score.
  2. A different call sign must be used for each entry. Only the entrant’s call sign may be used to aid the entrant’s score.
  3. Do not exceed the total output power limitation of the chosen entry category on any band. Total output power on any band at any time is measured at the output of the active amplifier(s).
  4. Self-spotting or asking to be spotted is not permitted.
  5. Remote operation is permitted if the physical location of all transmitters, receivers, and antennas are at one station location. A remotely operated station must obey all station license, operator license, and category limitations. The call sign used must be one issued or permitted by the Regulatory Authority of the station location.
  6. Remote receivers outside of the station location are not permitted.
  7. Only one signal on a band is allowed at any time. When two or more transmitters are present on the same band, a hardware device MUST be used to prevent more than one signal at any one time. Alternating CQs on two or more frequencies on a band is not permitted.
  8. All requests for contacts, responses to calls, and copying of call signs and contest exchanges must be accomplished during the contest period using the mode and frequencies of the contest.
  9. Correction of logged call signs and exchanges after the contest, by use of any database, recordings, email or other methods, is not allowed.
